After i went through a year of working out on my body and achieve some result and got demotivated, i learnt that workout buddy is very essential to keep yourself motivated. I found myself a worjout buddy already and he will probably posting some of his tips and training experiences on this blog too. We really hope we can achieve our goal and show others the right way ..hmmm is more like a best way to achieve your goal.
Starting next week, both of us will join a personal training for martial arts (Muay thai) to improve our fighting ability and take it as part of our cardio for our workout plan. Cardio exercise will always be part of your workout plan no matter you are in bulking or cutting process, and selecting the right cardio exercise is the key point of success.
The reason i said that is because you will probably find out cardio exercise is the worst and most boring thing you ever will ever wanna go through. For example, if you take jogging as your cardio exercise, you will simply give up after sometime because you found no motivation and the critical issue is no “COMPETITION”. When there is no competition, you tend to let go and slack more. So in order to keep yourself motivation, you need to find out what you really like, for myself i choose martial arts as i really like them and i can protect myself too. I always compete with others and make myself spend more hour on jogging because i want to build up my stamina for my fight.
Lastly, what i really want to remind you guys is it doesn’t matter any exercise, i really mean anything like cycling or even walking, just find your motivation and what you really like !

Sorry for not updating the blog for sometime due to some personal reason , at the same time I failed my workout plan due to that as well . What I learnt is don’t let any excuse stop your workout plan , not even one single time because as soon as you let the first excuse to takeover you , the second and third will follow up!
So what I will do now is to rescale my weight , body fat and etc , and get myself back into shape for this coming summer , if anyone else like to join me for my workout plan , email me at joelwyn@gmail.com , we can motivate each others , and I’ll put down $100 for whoever that success with this coming workout plan together with me.

Mirror , Mirror , mirror, who is the greatest man in the world ?
Well, mirror is so important in our life because it actually reflected what are we? Try to be honest to yourself, ask yourself have you ever tried to avoid looking at yourself on the mirror ? With clothes on ? With clothes off ?
If your answer is yes with clothes on, you definitely need to think about it again of t he reason being, if you felt yourself look so shit on the mirror even with your clothes on, you have to start action not avoiding anymore because i bet you will feel to smash and crack all the mirrors inside your house in two years time. It is absolutely fine if you wanted to stay what you’re right now because you’re just a pathetic and gutless guy that couldn’t take challenges and change yourself.
In other hand, if your answer is yes when you have your clothes off, it is still not too bad but if you start to take some serious action from now on, probably in less than 3 months you will ended up spending hundreds dollar buying new mirrors because definitely you will look awesome and grab all the attention of hot chicks around your area, i call you as “the legend”.
I realise after i start my workouts, it changed my life greatly in terms of “Not being a lazy guy anymore” , trying to help others to achieve their goals and motivate them.
So don’t wait anymore, give yourself a good and nice present now, start with vince program will never get you wrong as thousand of his follower changed their life.
